Subject: OFFICIAL DMCA NOTICE - COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT & FALSIFICATION OF AUTHORSHIP - MONA KOSHKA LOFICAT To: Google LLC, Legal Department / DMCA Agent From: Copyright Protection Community (Сообщество защиты авторских прав) On behalf of the Rightsholder: Elena Dubetskaya (Professional pseudonym/Project: Mona Koshka Loficat / @Monakoshkaloficat) DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE Regarding Falsification of Authorship, Copyright Infringement, and Search Index Manipulation Dear Google Legal Team, This is an official notice of copyright infringement and systemic manipulation of search results, submitted by the Copyright Protection Community acting on behalf and in the interest of the composer, musician, and creator Elena Dubetskaya. The rightsholder has an undisputed 18-year track record of continuous, public use of her unique, self-created pseudonym and music-philosophical brand/neologism: LOFICAT (also known as Mona Koshka Loficat / @monakoshkaloficat). 1. Nature of the Infringement and Falsification: A number of unauthorized third-party websites, scrapers, and bootleg aggregators are systematically copying, compiling, and misappropriating Elena Dubetskaya’s original intellectual work and music. These entities are falsely presenting pirated compilations as original content and illegally exploiting the LOFICAT brand created by the author in 2012–2013. 2. Failure of Search Engine Algorithms: Currently, Google's automated search and AI algorithms are systematically ranking these pirate aggregators and plagiarized websites significantly higher than the author’s official sources. This algorithmic behavior results in: • The active dissemination of falsified and misleading information regarding true authorship. • Aiding and abetting copyright infringement by driving traffic and revenue to illegal entities at the expense of the true creator. • Misleading the general public, subscribers, and listeners. 3. Irrefutable Proof of Verified Prior Identity (Attached): To eliminate any ambiguity and prevent further algorithmic errors, we provide clear evidence of official platform verification: • Meta Ecosystem Verification: Elena Dubetskaya holds an officially verified account status (the official blue verification badge) for her Instagram handle @monakoshkaloficat and her interconnected, verified Facebook profile Mona Koshka Loficat (Official Facebook Page Link). • YouTube Verification: The official verified artist/creator channel on YouTube: Monakoshkaloficat Official Channel. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), international copyright treaties, and safe harbor requirements for information intermediaries, WE DEMAND THAT GOOGLE: 1. Establish the Rightful Rank Priority: Manually adjust the algorithmic weight or apply a permanent priority filter to ensure that the official, verified resources of Elena Dubetskaya (@monakoshkaloficat) appear as the absolute primary source for search queries including "Loficat", "Mona Koshka Loficat", and "МонаКошка loficat". 2. Remove and De-index Falsified Links: Expeditiously remove or heavily penalize all search results, pirate links, and copycat websites that infringe upon the author's work and exploit the "Loficat" neologism. 3. Prevent Automated Exploitation: Implement necessary engineering and filtering measures to prevent automated pirate scrapers from overshadowing legitimate, verified creators in the future. Good Faith and Accuracy Statements:
